Ultratug Colombia's supplier portal simplifies the supplier information upload process by facilitating access to each supplier's data through an intuitive, easy-to-use interface that gives it an institutional feel. It offers the option to register not only primary information but also assign secondary users for port entry and application requests for bids within specified timeframes, as well as email notifications. It also includes an activity log (information and errors) to identify if any registration was not processed correctly. The work dedicated to the portal is the result of improving communication and the experience with suppliers.
